I was met as soon as I walked in by a very friendly lady, and asked how she could help. I showed her my ring, explained my issue, and she came up with a solution for my ring. I also asked to have the ring checked to see if the prongs need to be replaced. Yes they do ,so they will take care of it and text me in a week for pickup.

Super friendly and helpful. I went in for battery replacement of watch, it didn’t work still so they removed battery at no charge. While there I went through their large strap selection and got a nice nato strap for my other watch.
